It is important to us that our packaging is not only visually appealing but also sustainable. All our packaging materials are carefully selected by us according to the principle of sustainability. We pack our products in sustainable cardboard boxes, tissue paper and adhesive tape. All our cardboard boxes are made in Europe and are made from recyclable materials. We deliberately decided against the most commonly used plastic-based adhesive tapes and looked for a supplier who offers a water-activating paper adhesive tape. To ensure that the goods reach our customers undamaged, they are wrapped in tissue paper. Our tissue paper is also made from recyclable materials and printed with soy-based ink. We also offer our customers different sized shipping boxes to keep packaging volume and weight to a minimum. It is very important to us to keep our ecological footprint as small as possible.

The return of your order will be processed in Austria by post and in Germany by DPD or GLS.

Conditions: We guarantee that any item will be taken back provided that the goods have been adequately stored prior to your return. This means that the item has not been damaged, soiled (e.g. make-up stains), washed or worn (except to try it on). We only take back items that are in their original condition and have the tags attached. We reserve the right not to refund if the product is not returned in its original condition.

Please note that the fringes on our products are handmade, so it may happen that individual fringes come loose or stick out. As this is a natural process of tweed fabric, this should not be a reason for returns. Please simply cut off any protruding threads.

You have 30 days to decide if the product you have ordered is right for you. If you want to exchange the item for a different size, it is not necessary to place a new order. Simply enter "Exchange article" in the return portal and we will send you the new goods immediately. Conditions for the exchange please see point "Returns"

Customer satisfaction is very important to us, so we offer an extended return policy. If you want to return something, send your package back to us within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

International returns:
Please note that we are currently unable to cover the costs of returns from all countries except Austria and Germany. Costs for returns from other countries are to be borne by the customer. We only take back items that are in their original condition and have the tags attached. We reserve the right not to refund if the product is not returned in its original condition.

Please mark the package clearly as a RETURN! This is particularly important for customs clearance. Customs may incur additional handling charges for packages that are not labeled correctly. The resulting costs cannot be covered by Tweedheart.
